Bring it on Japan....

So I have returned to Japan and have started my new job/life in Omura city. Sadly I don`t have the net at home yet (and will not until September...damn Japanese bureaucracy!!) so I won`t be able to post more detailed entries or photos until then.

My new place kicks-ass though!! Two floors of pimped-out traditional Japanese housing.....schweet! Greg (my predecessor) was also kind enough to move (with the help of Aaron and Lima, two other very lovely individuals) all his furniture into my new place and so I only have to do a few little decorations here and there and I`m all set. Most notably I finally have a large, comfortable bed to sleep on again!

I already partied in the Fuk last weekend (had to say goodbye to Lima and Greg), and found a new great club (as well as a super crappy one with the WORST music ever....like NSYNC and crap, but at least the all you can drink deal was only $20). I am keeping myself busy tho, and it`s making me more determined and ambitious than ever.

The next few weeks I am just planning a lot of beach going, partying and housekeeping. The new people in Omura all seem really nice and the one person who stayed from last year has already become my new drinking buddy. A Starbucks also JUST opened right where I work (till now Nagasaki city was the only place in the prefecture with one), and frankly Frappuccinos are always a cause for celebration. Overall, I am once again excited for the year ahead！
